Being in charge of compulsory Insurances, Labor contracts, PIT, HR system projects and other C&B tasks
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Payroll calculation
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly time attendance data
- Ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll calculation
Compulsory insurance
- Implementing and controlling activities of Social insurance, Health and Unemployment insurance regulations comply with the current law
- Ensuring SI, HI, UI monthly reports submitted to local authorities on time and exactly with the law
- Managing and reconciling SI, HI, UI cost to align with payroll monthly
- Managing third vendor to ensure SI, HI, UI matters comply with the law
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Responsible for registering Tax code for employees and employee’s dependent monthly
- Updating and recording Tax code database of whole company
- Declare PIT monthly and finalize the PIT yearly
- Proceeding relevant reports to PIT when Team Leader assigned
Labor contract:
- Follow to evaluate and sign the probation contract, definite/indefinite-term labor contract for local employees and foreigners.
Other tasks
- Can be back up to assist other C&B team members to advise/feedback on employee C&B’s matters
- Understanding procedures/process regarding to payroll calculation
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in C&B Executive or the same position.
- Excellent in Microsoft office.
- Good communications skills
- Having knowledge of Vietnam Labor code, PIT regulations and statutory insurance laws.
- Excellent numerical skills and logical thinking.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, empathy and cooperation.
- Have conflict management skills, management thinking and accountability.
- Strong responsibility, confidentiality, integrity, long-term memory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, high intensity of pressure.
