• Architect and develop B2B applications from inception, managing large datasets.
• Design complex architectures, including integrations with external APIs.
• Monitor systems proactively, promptly addressing failures or abnormalities.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Introduce and manage tools, systems, and best practices that promote development efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the technical capabilities of team members.
• Lead a development team of 7+ engineers, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

Technical:

• Optimize system performance, including resolving slow database queries and reducing API latency.
• Design scalable microservices architectures using domain-driven design and service decoupling.
• Implement efficient asynchronous processing mechanisms.
• Establish robust service logging and monitoring systems.

Business:

• Support large-scale enterprise systems managing extensive datasets.
• Develop and manage pay-as-you-go billing structures.
• Address complexities related to domain boundary contexts.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

• Proven experience in Java/Kotlin development, particularly in addressing performance optimization and scalable system design.
• Experience managing applications in production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing B2B applications.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and product-focused development.
• Proficiency with container-based development tools, including Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes.
• Skilled in writing comprehensive and maintainable test code.
• Experience in designing and building GraphQL Web Service APIs.
• Deep expertise with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud).
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Onion Architecture.
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL database design, optimization, and ORM frameworks.
• Extensive experience in microservices architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading development teams of 7+ engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to design and review technical architectures, offer solutions for complex technical challenges, and mentor junior team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure.
