About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong background in Sales Cloud to join our team in delivering high-quality solutions for a client in the financial planning sector based in Australia. You will play a key role in leading technical design, architecture, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to build CRM tools, workflow systems, and advisory platforms for financial planners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate directly with Australian stakeholders to gather business requirements and propose scalable solutions.
  • Guide and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows (including Screen Flows and Auto-Launched Flows).
  • Manage release planning, deployments, and version control.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for usability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including BAs, QAs, PMs, and client-side SMEs.



Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation, and integrations.
  • Experience working with international clients, preferably Australian clients.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools, Git-based version control, and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin).
