Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to identify and engage potential customers within the SaaS space.
  • Present the company’s innovative Web-Super-APP solution, showcasing industry-specific benefits and value propositions to prospects.
  • Leverage market and industry knowledge to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Secure meetings and product demonstrations with key decision-makers at B2B companies, positioning the company as a solution to their business challenges.
  • Build and continuously expand a database of high-quality sales leads through research, networking, and analysis of market trends.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring alignment with the sales team's objectives, and schedule appointments.
  • Foster relationships with prospects through consultative engagement, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive pre-sales experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to execute successful lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on market insights.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify high-potential leads and track industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
  • Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for achieving goals and a motivation for commission-based compensation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
  • (Preferred) Experience selling to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the SaaS space.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
