1. Product Strategy:

• Work directly with the Executive Board to understand and translate strategic expectations into specific product requirements.
• Analyze and clarify Business, Data, Application, and Technology Principles to guide product development.
• Build and advocate for the development roadmap of core platform modules:
• Business Process Management (BPM), Task Management, Workforce Value Pricing (WVP), Dynamic Payroll, and Authorization.

2. Product Development:

• Act as the central bridge between Executives (to receive vision), Department Heads (to gather and standardize business processes), and the Technology Team (CTO, Solution Architect, Developers, QA) for implementation.
• Transform complex business requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable User Stories.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on delivering maximum value.
• Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the product is not only functionally strong but also provides an outstanding user experience.

3. Measurement & Optimization:

• Develop metrics to measure product success from various perspectives: user adoption, operational efficiency, cost impact, and revenue generation.
• Continuously gather feedback, analyze data, and propose improvements to optimize the product.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with experience building complex products.
• Experienced in enterprise core systems such as ERP or B2B/SaaS platforms. HRM experience is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of business process design, approval workflows, and access control systems.
• Data-literate with the ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
