Description:

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress and quality.
• Coordinate and liaise between relevant departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Track and update project status; prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, technical documents, etc.).
• Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify and promptly report potential issues or risks; work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Japanese nationality, currently residing in Vietnam (visa and work permit support provided).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Japanese: Native level; Vietnamese or English: business communication level.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
