Project Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

• Interpret and translate documents, emails, and meeting content between Vietnamese and Japanese.
• Communicate and work directly with Japanese partners via email, chat, and online meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (artists, editors, QC team, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Support project tracking and progress updates.
• Assist with project-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Good communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, flexible, and responsible at work.
• Experience working in a Korean company or content production industry is a plus.
• Interest in webtoons, anime, manga, or manhwa is a plus.
• English communication skills are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint is a plus.
