Project Manager (Japanese)

• Planning large projects (about 30 members, less than 12 months)
• Manage project implementation from start to finish through good communication and optimized utilization
• Human resources from proposals to customers, setting project goals, implementing projects, achieving project goals, moving on to the next projects,...
• Coordinate and define project scope with customers at the project proposal stage to help the project proceed smoothly with favorable conditions for the company
• Allocating necessary personnel and materials to the project within the required time with the appropriate price and other terms in the Contract
• Support other projects when necessary
• Advise and coordinate with other departments in organizing Tech-talk sessions and seminars on new techniques at the company

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in project management (web application) in Japanese IT companies
• At least JLPT N2, proficient in Japanese communication
• Male/Female aged 30 – 40
• Experience in projects related to PHP, .NET, Java, C#, PostgreSQL, iOS/Android...
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and always trying to develop yourself
• Have logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and honest working style
