• Take ownership of application development for projects with Japanese clients and other international projects.
• Support project management from Japan and oversee the local team in Vietnam (approximately 3 to 5 members).
• Define requirements, design, execute, test, and contribute across all stages of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields from reputable universities or colleges.
• ~5 years of experience in software development with roles like engineer, programmer, or Business System Engineer (BrSE).
• Proven experience in manage projects
• Understanding of system operations and business operation models in various sectors such as manufacturing, customs, finance, etc.
• Proficiency in using the Japanese language for project communication (equivalent to N1/2/3).
• Experience working in a Japanese company.
• Ability to independently solve problems and present effective solutions.
