Job Description:

• Searching new water/wastewater project opportunity (including Investment/Financing structure of PPP project) 
• Lead whole process of project development and contract / supporting to whole process of proposal
• Build new network with government officers or related organization
• Lead or Support Pre F/S and F/S management
• Support to communicate between Korean manager and local players and local government, authority and institutions
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Pre-order contract or Long term partnership contract with nominated sub-con or partner company
• Other tasks as required by direct manager

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance etc or Civil, Environment, Architect or Water/Infrastructure related
• At least 7 years working in similar role
• Fluent in English or Korean
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• High responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
