• Play a key role as a founding team member, driving the overall growth of the project.
• Lead the development of new RWA/DeFi products from inception to launch.
• Define and execute product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Develop and oversee a holistic growth strategy for the product and ecosystem, collaborating closely with business development, product, customer success, marketing, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
• Establish expertise in RWA and DeFi, build a strong customer base, and shape forward-looking strategies.
• Take full ownership of the design, development, and deployment of new products and blockchain solutions for tokenized assets.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing financial products within traditional financial institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development from concept validation to market launch.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management.
• More than 2 years of hands-on experience developing Fintech products utilizing blockchain technology.
• Expertise in creating and scaling high-growth products throughout their lifecycle.
• Track record of enhancing overall product experience by collaborating with product marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi (Decentralized Finance) is a plus.
• Experience in token issuance and lifecycle management.
