Role summary

Founding technical leader responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of the Quality Realty Marketplace (QRM) and its re-sellable AI Native Marketplace Platform (ANMP).

You will own the full technical vision — Flutter clients, voice-first interfaces, Python/FastAPI backend, Grok Voice Agent orchestration, multi-tenant data layer, and scalable GCP infrastructure — while directly leading and mentoring a small, high-velocity engineering team.

This role reports directly to the CTO and is pivotal in turning product vision into production reality.

About Quality Realty (QR)

Quality Realty is an early-stage AI-native SaaS startup building the future of real estate transactions in the Netherlands. We are developing Quality Realty Marketplace (QRM) — a voice-first, multilingual platform that connects realtors, clients, and service vendors (painters, movers, stagers, energy auditors, etc.) throughout the entire home buying, selling, and rental process.

At its core is the AI Native Marketplace Platform (ANMP) — a fully re-sellable, white-label, multi-tenant marketplace operating system. QR is the first vertical (Dutch real estate), designed to power other local-service marketplaces worldwide.

Key differentiators

·     Primary interface is “Q” — a natural, interruptible, end-to-end speech-to-speech voice agent powered exclusively by the Grok Voice Agent API (xAI), supporting Dutch and English natively from day one.

·     Highly accurate AI-driven property valuations and future price forecasting using Dutch-specific data (CBS, Kadaster, BAG, PDOK, etc.).

·     Automated vendor matching, custom CRM, dynamic OTD contract generation, multi-vendor workflows, and the proprietary QR Stamp quality validation system.

·     Modern, scalable SaaS with strong multi-tenancy (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), tiered subscriptions, and performance-based commissions.

·     AI core: Grok Voice Agent API with full tool-calling

·     Database: PostgreSQL with tenant isolation

We are a lean, high-velocity team based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We move fast, ship weekly, and are currently in the MVP build phase (launch targeted for late 2026).

Key responsibilities

·     Define and evolve the platform architecture (Flutter, FastAPI, PostgreSQL RLS multi-tenancy, Grok Voice integration).

·     Design robust API contracts and real-time WebSocket flows between clients, backend, and Grok Voice Agent.

·     Lead implementation of high-impact features: conversational voice orchestration, vendor matching engine, multi-workflow state machines, tenant configurations.

·     Ensure scalability, security (auth, GDPR), observability (Sentry, Cloud Monitoring), and production readiness (CI/CD, monitoring, incident response).

·     Establish coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, hire, and mentor junior/intermediate developers.

·     Partner with the CTO on technical roadmap, estimates, milestones, and risk management.

·     Evaluate emerging technologies (Grok updates, GCP AI services) while keeping the platform maintainable and re-sellable.

Required skills & experience

·     5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including architecture and delivery of at least one full-stack or AI-driven SaaS product.

·     Strong hands-on proficiency in at least two of: Flutter (mobile + web), Python/FastAPI backend, relational database design (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security).

·     Proven track record building and operating production REST APIs and real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming).

·     Experience integrating external APIs at scale with proper error handling, rate limiting, and monitoring.

·     Solid understanding of security, multi-tenancy, and compliance fundamentals.

·     Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements, estimate effort, and lead small teams to delivery.

·     Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Nice to have

·     Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, conversational/voice interfaces (Grok, OpenAI Realtime, LiveKit).

·     Prior work on multi-tenant SaaS platforms or Google Cloud serverless architectures (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer).

·     Startup/greenfield environment experience with high autonomy and rapid iteration.

·     Direct ownership of a cutting-edge voice-first AI marketplace platform with real global scaling potential (white-label ANMP).

·     Partnership with the CTO — shape technical direction and roadmap from day one.

·     High autonomy, fast iteration, and clear path to principal/CTO-level responsibility.
