✨ We're hiring — Wellness Consultant

TIA is an award-winning wellness resort on the shores of Da Nang, and we're looking for someone special to join our team.

This isn't a conventional hospitality role. You'll be a trusted presence for every guest — as much a program designer and team mentor as you are a wellness guide.

In this role, you will:

→ Be the go-to person for guests throughout their stay

→ Co-design and personalise wellness journeys for each individual

→ Lead group activities — yoga, breathwork, creative workshops, and more

→ Collaborate with therapists, guides, and the wider resort team

→ Help shape TIA's programs and mentor fellow practitioners

You'll bring:

→ 3+ years in a wellness hospitality environment

→ Experience in wellness management or retreat leadership

→ Yoga certification (500-hr RYT or equivalent) and a grounding in holistic wellness
