The Senior Content Executive will play a key role in developing and executing the content strategy for freeC Asia. Content Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Identify key topics and themes relevant to the headhunting and talent acquisition industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Produce high-quality, original content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
• Adapt content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into content creation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the brand positioning and messaging strategy.
• Develop content that positions freeC as a thought leader in the headhunting and talent acquisition space.
SEO and Analytics:
• Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Coordinate with external partners, industry experts, and influencers for guest contributions and collaborations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B content creation, preferably in the recruitment or headhunting industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
