Organizational & People Development Manager

Currently, we are looking for an Organizational Development Manager to plan, develop, implement, and administer development and training programs for company employees. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization

Job Description 

• Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
• Implement development tools to meet long and short- term business goals.
• Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
• Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
• Develop employee recruiting and compensation policies. Build positive and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
• Identify job positions and ensure they are filled with right professionals.
• Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
• Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
• Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
• Trains employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials.
• Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
• Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Work with management to address employee concerns and conflicts.

• Degree in HR Management or related fields
• At least 3-5 years in Organization Learning and Development or a similar role
• Open to new ideas, innovative and passionate about people development
• Experience designing performance management and talent management frameworks, tools, and training
• Strong problem-solving & planning skills
• Good communications, presentation & influencing skills
• Proven effective management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese 

• Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.

• Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00)
