MID-SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (B2B)

As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of relationships with existing ones.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth;
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
• Establish and nurture relationships with key direct clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve and manage efficiently and effectively clients’ inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our services;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2-3 year experiences in B2B as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role; 
• Good relationship with key direct clients in FMCG, Mom and Baby Care, Fashion and Beauty;
• Experience in other media agency or publisher will be highly advantage;
• Strong problem-solving skills, team work skills, and ability to work well under pressure;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Good English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
