Role Description

This is an early‑career management associate–style role designed to give you broad exposure across operations, data, and product work in a climate‑tech startup. You will work closely with the founder and external experts, helping to turn ideas and expert guidance into organised information, simple tools and internal processes.

Expected Work and Exposure

• Rotate across tasks in data, operations, product support and climate accounting as the company grows.
• Work directly with the founder on priority projects.
• Collaborate with external climate and finance experts and help integrate their input into the work.
• Contribute to documentations and templates that support our products and reports.
• Learn and use common collaboration and workflow tools (for example: Visio for process mapping, Jira or Notion for task and knowledge management).

Practical notes

• No coding or software development required.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and scenarios effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Project Management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting and Finance, Business, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in climate technology, environmental sustainability, or SaaS is a plus
