Mô tả công việc

  • Advise and propose human resource development strategies for the company.
  • Participate in building a systematic human resources management system.
  • Plan, organize, and implement recruitment, training, and human resource development activities.
  • Develop internal management regulations (rules, processes, labor regulations, etc.).
  • Improve policies and regulations and manage activities related to human resources.
  • Establish salary and bonus policies and performance incentive mechanisms.
  • Evaluate and measure company-wide performance according to MBO (Management by Objectives).
  • Develop processes for resolving internal conflicts, handling violations/discipline, and settling labor disputes.
  • Build, maintain, and develop corporate culture.
  • Plan and organize internal programs and events to foster team bonding.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as clerical work, archiving, reception, office services, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention, and external relations with authorities.
  • Manage and supervise departmental staff to ensure achievement of objectives and tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.

2. Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Preferably with experience in education, e-commerce, online marketing, etc.

3. Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws and handling labor relations in enterprises.

4. Skills:

  • Proficient in tax regulations, financial accounting principles, and corporate finance.
  • Skilled in using Misa accounting software and office computing.
  • Strong analytical, data processing, and reporting skills.

5. Attitude:

  • Honest, responsible, meticulous, and compliant.
  • Professional and dedicated work ethic.
  • Lifelong learning mindset.
  • Commitment to ethical values.

5. Other Requirements: Own a personal laptop.
