REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Korean language studies is a plus).
• Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• 5+ years of experience in HR and Korean translation/interpretation, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain HR procedures to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent coordination, time management and communication skills.
