A. HR TASKS:
Compensation & Benefit:
- Conduct the monthly payroll, PIT declaration, PIT finalization & related work.
- Implement the payment of benefits for employees according to company policy & related work of employee benefits.
- Conduct work related to social insurances, health care & accident insurances for employees.
- Prepare/supervise labor contract, all kinds of decision, correspondence letter.
- Supervise/follow up the expense of trade union fund to insure the employee’s benefit.
- Follow up the handing over and settle for left employees.
Procedure & Policies
- Propose/Prepare the policies/procedures when required
- Translate/edit the translation for official issuance
- Guide employees to follow the new policy
- Propose the revision/adjustment in case needed.
Performance appraisal & salary adjustment
- Plan/supervise the performance appraisal of the whole company yearly.
- Propose, support GM/GD for salary review & prepare the necessary documents for the salary adjustment and notice to employee.
Recruiting and Staffing:
- Search, screen CV and short list the suitable candidates for the interview.
- Conduct/organize the interview of candidates & follow up the final interview and selection results.
- Conduct the onboarding procedure for the new comers.
Training and Development:
- Organize/coordinate the training sessions both externally & in-house training as required
Employee relations/ engagement activities:
- In charge of/coordinate in organizing the Company’s events.
- Connect with employees for better engagement.
Reporting work
- Prepare HR reports as required & other reports of HR
- Update the legal information related to HR management.
B. ADMIN TASKS:
- Office Administration
- Visa - work permit - residence card arrangement when required
- Car management
- Support expatriates when needed
- University degree related major
- At least 2 years experience years at HR & admin field.
- Good communication both English and Vietnamese
- Good organization skills
- Good Computer skills
- Honest and dependable
- Careful and service minded

- Negotiable salary
- Social insurance as the Law and Health Insurance, 24h Insurance
- 18 annual leave/year, 07 sick leave with full salary
