I. Job Duties:

- Developing new customers and well maintain the relationship with the existing customers.

- Set up meetings with clients (customers) and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- F/up shipment schedule and shipment documents, production/ purchasing plan, claims,..

- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

- Others upon request.


II. Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in related fields.

- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in Fertilizer field.

- Language: Proficiency in English

- Skills: Problems solving skills, Well-understanding about import-export procedure, bulk cargo transport. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

- Personality: Honest, hardworking, work under high pressure, limited supervision, fast learner and passion for sales
