Executive Assistant

At Good Food, we are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

Job Description

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients, between management and employees
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, landlord and management office, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Others works assigned by BOD

• Female, age: 25-40 years old.
• High school diploma or higher
• Proven work experience as a Executive Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

• Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
• Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00)
