• Odoo Functional Consultant: Provide consulting and support to clients in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Odoo to meet business needs.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements, then translate these into practical solutions within Odoo.
• Manual Testing: Perform functional and manual testing to ensure the product works as expected and is free of errors.
• Test Management: Ensure that testing procedures are fully carried out, track issues, and coordinate with development teams to resolve bugs.
• Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation process and ensure product quality before deployment.
• Documentation: Prepare user manuals, business process descriptions, and test case scenarios.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Graduated in Finance - Accounting, Banking, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• English Proficiency: Fluent and confident in English communication.
• Experience: Over 2.5 years of experience in consulting, implementing, and testing successful ERP projects, with a preference for Odoo.
• Odoo Expertise: Strong experience in Odoo Functional, especially in requirement analysis and solution implementation.
• Manual Testing Skills: Proficient in manual testing to ensure product quality.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Good at analyzing and resolving issues.
• QA Knowledge: Understanding of software testing processes and QA tools.
• Teamwork & Independence: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Agile/Scrum Expertise: Familiar with Agile/Scrum implementation processes.
• Positive Mindset: Good listening skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective in handling tasks efficiently.
• Workload Management: Capable of making independent decisions and handling high-pressure situations effectively.
