We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to be responsible for the process quality, operation and implementation. The suitable candidate will be able to improve and develop quality assurance in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

- Welcome the customer audit.

- Maintain IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 system.

- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications

- Monitoring and auditing quality procedure to ensure meet customer requirements

- Setting customer service standards and receiving customer compliants

- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers

- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level

- Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters

- Determining training needs and implement the quality training program.

- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality

- Directing objectives to maximize profitability

- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information

- Supervising technical or laboratory staff.

- Report to B.O.D

- Proven work experience at least 3 years in QA field

- Knowledge about some standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 system

- Auditing skill

- Speak English or Chinese fluently

- Strong management skill

- From Mon- Sat： 8:00 AM - 17:00PM

- Break time: 12:00 AM – 13.00 PM
