Employer Branding Collaborator

• Administrate communication channels (Linkedin, Fanpage,...): content, images, etc

• Plan communication activities periodically monthly / quarterly / year

• Make reports on communication effectiveness about the channels under their own charge

• Organize and participate in employer branding events such as: Job Fair, Career Talk, University Event,… to gain the company’s reputation

• Support recruitment process 

• Support to implement internal events and activities

• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ PR or Human Resource or other related major.

• Experience in Internal Communications / Employer branding or Human Resource is an advantage

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Excel at writing content attracting people.

• Excellent organizing and time management skills.

• Able to connect, encourage employees and be proactive in operation.

• Passion in creativity, events, social media.

• Experience directly from Managers
