Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading execution systems operating across multiple platforms.
• Ensure the stability, security, and reliability of the entire system, targeting 99.9% uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API architecture, frontend development, and complex backend integrations.
• Continuously optimize system performance, minimizing latency from the frontend layer to the execution infrastructure.
• Manage and improve deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure running on AWS and Linux environments.

Technical Requirements

• Python (Senior/Expert level): Strong experience in asynchronous programming and backend system architecture.
• Database: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as Tortoise ORM.
• API Development: Solid expertise in building and integrating APIs using REST, WebSockets, and gRPC.
• Frontend: Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3 for building modern web interfaces.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Experience with AWS cloud services, Linux system administration, and DevOps practices.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience developing or supporting trading platforms (cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets).
• Familiarity with blockchain data and smart contract integrations.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems.
• Background working in startup environments and leading or coordinating small engineering teams.
