Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid media and content marketing, to achieve business goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams and manage high-quality content for digital channels, such as fanpage, and landing pages.
Support optimizing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) metrics to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze and report on digital marketing and social media performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing and social media strategies remain competitive.
Collaborate with the media agency to develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing and social media strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences when needed.
Creative thinker and problem solver, able to adapt and pivot strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.
Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
