• Respond to customer requests and inquiries via emails, live chat, messages, and outbound calls as needed.
• Analyze customer requirements in order to improve customer relationships and experiences.
• Collect customer feedback from various sources, such as surveys.
• Determine risks associated with various approaches to business process change.
• Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure the efficiency of customer service operations.
• Give suggestions for how to improve processes.
• In the system, record customer requests and follow-up actions.
• Assist in the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for dealing with customer issues.

• POD customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent English listening, writing, and reading skills; excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Mindset for Customer Service
• proactive, dynamic, honest, cautious, and teamwork
• Capable of working under high pressure

1st shift: 19:00 to 03:00

2nd shift: 12:00 - 08:00
