Reports to: Customer Development Vice President (Thailand)

Main Role & Responsibilities:

• Establishing the potential Prospect Pipeline, Developing Customer and Sustaining good Customer relationships
• Developing new marketing channels, implementing Market Planning, and maintaining good relationships with all Marketing Networks
• Monitoring market information, able to analyze the market, competitor, targeted entity, and industry information and capturing the business opportunities with target customer.
• Promoting the company product and profile, support company in Sales record and business expansion 

Requirement:

• Male or Female Vietnamese nationality, Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Industrial Real Estate related fields
• Bachelor or master’s degree in related fields of Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, Logistics, or Industry related fields
• Good Team Development, Good Leadership and High digital literacy skills
• Current Knowledge of Industry Trends, Foreign Investment Regulations
• Excellent in English business communication and presentation Skills, Proficiency in another Foreign language eg. Korean/ Japanese is highly an advantage
• Able to travel
