Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Intern

DEK Technologies Vietnam is strongly growing, and the Human Resource Department is looking for an active, professional and caring Compensation & Benefits Intern to support us with maintaining and developing an excellent work environment for our staff.

By joining our team, you will get instruction from Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team and contribute to the success of all C&B activities:

• Support HR team in aspects of Compensation & Benefits;
• Follow up the on-board and resign process;
• Support to organize and store employees records;
• Support to create Tax Code, register dependents for employees;
• Other C&B duties as assigned by HR Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Last year university students (who could work at least 4 days/week) or fresh graduates with major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree.
• Strong passion in the Human Resources field.
• Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn.
• Good at English.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
