1- Recruitment (50%)
• Coordinate with Functions Heads to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs in CALOFIC Hiệp Phước Factory.
• Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Plan interview and selection procedures as per Recruitment Policy
• Take charge of On boarding program to welcome newbies
• Supporting recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as digital, print, billboards, websites, direct mail and social media.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
2- Training (40%)
• Conduct induction training for new recruits
• Support Training Supervisor to conduct annual TNA and organize periodical training as required, especial Training compulsory as requirement.
• Proceed Recruitment & Training admin works in need
• Any other duties as directed by the HR and Admin Manager within the incumbent’s skill level
3- Update and Report (10%)
• Monthly update of Recruitment and Training & Development.
• Prepare Monthly Staffing Report/ Personnel Report.
• Prepare Weekly Personnel Report
• Others tasks and duties assigned by HR & Admin Manager
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Competency to operate Microsoft Office packages and designing tools
• Ensure all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner
