Mô tả công việc

Having a well-rounded knowledge of the PPP law of Vietnam and investment/financing structures of investment and PPP projects
Searching for new water/wastewater project opportunities in municipal and industrial areas
Having experience in industrial park development, particularly with water/electricity utility and waste management.
Leading the entire process of project's development and contract negotiation
Licensing and authorizing experience in an industrial park is required.
Building a new network with government officers, partners, Subcons, and consultancies
Doing Pre F/S and F/S document management and comment
Supporting communication between Korean managers and local players, local government, authority, and institutions
Planning meetings, trips and taking detailed minutes
Being available for business trip

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Finance etc or Civil, Environment, Architect etc Water/Infrastructure related)
At least 10 years working in similar role
Fluent in English or Korean
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
High responsible, accountable, can work independent & under pressure, willing to learn new things & do new tasks
