- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
- Acquire new customers, terms negotiating and concluding commercial contracts
- Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
- Create sales presentations and offers in line with the client’s needs and company standards
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
- Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement in order for the appropriate candidates to be suitably matched with the role
- Work together with the internal consultant to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist
- An Experienced Person (An experience of about 5-6 years) already working as Business Development Leader/Manager or relevant role in the Headhunting, Job Posting, Sales Service B2B Field
- Have experience in managing team
- Proven record in business development
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Good command of English
- Proven sales track record, market knowledge
- Driven individual motivated by sales results
