1.Responsibilities
- Identify target customers and Business opportunities.
- Lead end to end sale process: Find lead, Pitch, Negotiate, close deal, and keeping long term relationships.
- Consult and tailor Affiliate program solution that align with customer's business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure campaigns run properly.
- Mentor or support junior sales team members when needed.
2.Requirements for Candidates
- At least 3 years of experience in sale B2B sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, able to manage multiple deals independently under pressure.
- Candidates with strong knowledge and connections in Banking, Finance, Marketing are preferred.
- English is a must
- Base salary is about 1000$ with uncapped commission scheme.
-Meal (45.000 VNĐ/day), mobile phone allowance (100.000 VNĐ/month).
- Probationary: 100% salary - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by the Labor Law.
- Work directly with Vietnam's Leading industrial corporations: MBBank, Shopee, Techcombank.v.v.
