Business Development Executive

INNOMIZE is looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team; ability and commitment an important values to us.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and targeting prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
• Build, nurture and manage strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Work with a technical / project management team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• Submit weekly progress reports.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 1+ year experience in sales or business development.
• Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, ...)
• Experience in working towards fixed deadlines and client expectation management.
• Experience in achieving sales targets.
• Experience working in a client support role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology/ Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good English skills (or TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0)
• Ability to build rapport.
• Ability to research, update and analyze market trends.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Spreadsheet, and Presentation software).
• Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure.
