1. Business Development:
• Book weekly schedules for BDD’s market research/ observations at potential schools and signed schools in & out of city.
• Be the MC for events at public schools to get good attention from parents/ students on AEG’s events, products that provided for those schools.
• Prepare documents & materials for Marketing at the schools/ local government departments.
• Write documents to get approvals for students’ events/ parents’ workshops/ demo classes/ reports to partners; reports after events with data and photos for BDD; summarize documentary photos, videos for marketing activities/ reports to Department of Education; make cost forecast for events by each area and conduct the payments.
• Prepare contracts with groups that cooperate with AEG; make profiles and follow up to update schools’ profiles (contracts, teachers’ profiles, students’ results, semester reports to Department of Education).
• Translate internal documents; be the translator for events if needed.
• Participate in meetings between company and schools, departments during the projects implementation for meeting minutes and following up tasks after the meetings.
• Keep track of monthly sales target.
• Book appointments with principals and confirm the events dates of the schools.
• Report sales/ workload to line manager weekly.
2. School Events:
• Prepare all task lists for school events.
• Arrange staff: Vietnamese and expat MCs, supporters.
• Order materials from purchasing and prepare materials for the school events.
• Target reaching’s strategies: work with Marketing, TMK, centers daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly.
• Find and connect partners/ corporations/ groups for whole sales/ large numbers of leads.
• Keep in touch with partners/ corporations/ groups/ schools’ principals for referral channel.
• Report sales/ workload to line manager weekly.
• Supervise the event: collect all the leads from students and send them to TMK Leader.
3. Administration:
• Prepare cost advance, school Event, contract payment and settlement for Manager’s business trips/ meetings/ school events/ contract payments.
• Process monthly salary for TAs, co-teaching cost for Vietnamese Teachers of each school (if any), management cost for schools’ administrators as contracts/appendices’ deals.
• Give suggestions and join activities which connect company and foreign teachers to create a foreign teachers community with AEG.
• Bachelor’s degree of economics, business administration, foreign language or equivalent.
• At least 1-year experience in equivalent positions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
