Mô tả công việc

  • Build, develop, and maintain business relationships with ITO and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients.
  • Search for, exploit, and develop new business opportunities while achieving set goals and KPIs.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with their business requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze the market, capture trends, and propose effective business strategies.
  • Negotiate, sign contracts, and manage projects with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Manager, or equivalent positions in the ITO field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the BFSI industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive and progressive mindset with the ability to work under high pressure.
  • Market analysis skills and the ability to propose innovative business solutions.
  • Good English communication skills are a plus.
