Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project team members, and end-users to capture business requirements, document functional specifications, and define user stories with a focus on ERP system implementation, customization, configuration, and extension.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the existing business processes and the ERP system needs to be aligned to cater to business needs.
- Create process flow diagrams, system documentation, and user manuals to support end-users.
- Assist in coordinating testing, training, and user acceptance workshops to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes by leveraging and integrating the capabilities of the ERP system.
- Provide inputs for project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting to the project manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role working on ERP systems projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Good understanding of the ERP modules such as finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, and production.
- Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Good team player and adaptable to changing project needs.
- Fluent English is a plus because the interview will be done in English.
