Bridge Software Engineer (Japanese)

• Research and analyze the system's business operations and new features according to customer requirements.
• Perform QA with customers and exchange information with project members.
• Code new features for the system based on the individual needs of each customer.
• Customize existing system features.
• Perform unit testing for the developed functionalities.
• Work with the PM and TL to report project progress (weekly, monthly).
• Based on customer-provided business operations, review functionalities and review the product.

Requirements:

• Able to work onsite in Japan for 6 months to 1 year.
• Japanese proficiency: N2 level or equivalent, with good communication skills with Japanese customers.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Java, Hibernate, JSP Servlet, Restful API.
• Experience creating Basic Design and Detail Design documents.
• Experience with Java frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (CSS, HTML, JQuery).
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
