Bridge Engineer (.NET, Java, PHP)

• Design, develop, and test systems in the fields of Securities, Banking, Manufacturing, and Web for Japanese clients.
• Proactively and/or coordinate with team members and clients to develop/deploy IT solutions according to assigned tasks.
• Research, search, and propose IT solutions/innovations for clients.
• Receive customer requests, understand, directly or indirectly communicate with offshore members, review results, and deliver to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET, PHP, JAVA, and Mobile languages.
• JLPT N2 or above, able to communicate, and work directly with Japanese clients.
• Have worked on projects for Japanese clients.
• Solid understanding of basic IT knowledge, DB, Infra, Backend, understanding of Japanese culture, and responsibility towards work.

Preferences:

• Have a desire to work in Japan long-term.
• Understanding securities and financial business is an advantage.
