Bank Documents Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to request and obtain approved bank statements and other necessary documents for the underwriting process
• Organize, review, and validate all collected documents to ensure they meet the requirements for accurate parsing and analysis
• Work closely with the Credit team to ensure the financial analysis and data are accurate and complete
• Regularly follow up with the Sales team on any missing documents, financial data, or other requirements
• Provide complete and timely financial analysis to the Credit team for processing
• Reduce application processing timelines by effectively gathering complete and approved documentation formats from clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, accounting, or lending
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Vietnamese
