Objective of the role:

  • In charge of B2B sales and finding corporations in need of photos, advertising programs...
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and take advantage of their needs in order to upgrade and develop new products.
  • Will serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams (Account, Product, Accounting,...) to solve problems and improve customer experience.

What will your typical day look like? 

  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
  • Seeking new sales opportunities via your proper actions.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organisation.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • At least 3 years of related experience in B2B sales/Account management.
  • Experience in a production house or advertising agency is preferred.
  • Can work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good competency in English.
  • Product knowledge, market intelligence, sales skills (cold-call).
  • A persistent, positive attitude to problem-solving and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
  • Detail-orientation with superb organisational skills and strong follow-through.
  • Great ability to prioritise and manage schedules.
  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organisational values.
