Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end application performance monitoring (APM) solutions using Dynatrace. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise systems, strong architecture design skills, and proven experience in deploying and integrating Dynatrace in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and deployment strategy of Dynatrace across enterprise systems.
• Define and implement monitoring standards, best practices, and automation for observability.
• Integrate Dynatrace with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform root cause analysis using Dynatrace data and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and service-level objectives (SLOs) tailored to business and technical needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other Dynatrace users and teams.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance standards are met in monitoring setups.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or application performance monitoring.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including OneAgent deployment, custom metrics, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in integrating Dynatrace with tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, or Prometheus.
• Strong scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dynatrace Associate or Professional certification.
• Experience with other APM tools (New Relic, AppDynamics) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and SRE concepts.
