• Responsible for advocating and supporting the adoption of Scrum by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Scrum theory, principles, practices, and values among team members.
• Ensure the effective functioning of the Scrum process and guide the team in utilizing Scrum practices and values to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the Product Owner to instill an Agile culture within the team.
• Provide coaching for the team's self-organization and identify opportunities for improvement in Agile processes or skills.
• Work in tandem with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and facilitate various Scrum events and meetings such as sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint review.
• Guide the team in a collaborative approach, fostering discussion, aiding in decision-making, and resolving conflicts.
• Remove obstacles hindering progress or assist the team in overcoming impediments.
• Offer support to the team through a servant leadership style, focusing on creating a trusting and safe environment for open communication.
• Contribute to building a productive atmosphere where team members take ownership of the product and find fulfillment in their work.
• Assist the Scrum team in achieving Sprint Goals and delivering Increments aligned with the Definition of Done.
• Encourage continuous improvement and maintain a daily focus on motivating team members, addressing any low motivation concerns.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance the overall effectiveness of applying Scrum within the organization.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team dedicatedly applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Having a working technical understanding of the complete software development process, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong abilities in communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Possessing relevant knowledge of the technologies employed by the team.
• Utilizing analytical skills to effectively solve problems and eliminate impediments.
• Demonstrating robust interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
