- Development management of the new original ERP system.
- Update and maintenance management of the existing original ERP system.
- Additional development management of existing original ERP system.
- Proprietary system development management that meets client specifications.
- Specification meeting with the Japanese Project Manager.
- Understand client specification requirements and translate them to the Vietnam development team.
- Final check of deliverables in the Vietnam development team.
- Bachelor's degree or up majoring in software engineering, computer science, or relevant Software Development background.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Manager/Leader cum BrSe
- At least Japanese N2 or equivalent level.
- Strong experience in project management, communication, and customer interface skills.
- Ability to think logically to understand complex business systems.
Nice to have:
- ERP system development or project management experience
- Experience in system development or project management for Japanese clients
- Good understanding of ERP system
