1. Treasury Operations:

• Prepare daily asset reconciliation reports for both fiat and cryptocurrency.

• Track and process deposit and withdrawal transactions using the on-chain environment for cryptocurrencies and the banking system for fiat currencies.

• Manage a team responsible for all aspects of Crypto Wallets, including rebalancing exchange and customer wallets, anti-money laundering checks for transactions, and deposit/withdrawal reviews.

• Carry out client asset screening on a daily basis and take the lead in rebalancing inventory between wallets.

• Play a critical role in the operation flow of cold wallets, including wallet creation, transaction sign-off, and device safekeeping.

• Recruit, build, and structure a strong Treasury Operations team capable of 24/7 operations.

• Ensure smooth crypto operations with minimal errors or incidents.

• Develop KPI metrics, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies for the Treasury Operations team.

• Provide training and coaching to the team.

• Analyze data and adjust metrics to improve the quality of Operations.

• Create an incentive scheme to motivate the team.

• Develop action plans for process and team development

2. Compliance Management:

• Coordinate with various internal stakeholders and business units, including Treasury, Finance, Trading Operations, and Data.

• Possess a risk management mindset to ensure compliance with crypto regulations.

3. Overall Management:

• Provide comprehensive management oversight to the Treasury Operations team, Customer Service, Onboarding procedures, and governance and control measures to ensure excellent operational service.

• Develop high-level business plans and business continuity plans for Operations.

• Participate in ad-hoc tasks as required, taking ownership of any task-related issues and matters.

• Degree holder in any discipline; major in Finance, Economics, or business-related fields is preferred.

• Background in Treasury Operations is a must (Hands-on experience on crypto wallet operations).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within operations

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to handle work pressure and stress.

• Effective communicator with excellent command of English; native proficiency in Vietnamese/Thai/Indonesian is a plus.

• Excellent customer-oriented and conflict-resolution skills.

• Objective, resilient, and proactive.
