- Handle client relationships, ensure that new business is coming into the firm, and keep expenses in line.
- Partner with group management team in implementing workforce planning, work compliance, and organizational development plan.
- During the tax audit defense service communicate with Tax authorities, gather necessary information, pre-reviewing documents submitted to the Tax authorities, establish audit reponse strategies, presenting response plans, etc.
- Generating revenue through client management.
- Increasing revenue through new and additional services, and developing cost-benefit analysis;
- Maintain stability of the Company;
- Preventing and managing conflict;
- Enhancing the Company’s reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal and professionalism and reaffirming this throughout the organisation;
- Creating and establishing human resource strategies by determining the structure of the Company.
- Mininum 15 years in transfer pricing, accounting(auditing) or tax relevant experiences.
- Have a good relationship with Tax authorities or local government.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- CPA / ACCA / AICPA certification desirable.
