Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive crisis management strategy to prepare for, respond to, and recover from potential crises, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and brand reputation.
• Lead a cross-functional Crisis Management Team composed of members from Corporate Communications, Legal, Compliance, Customer Relations, and Operations to ensure coordinated responses.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for various crisis scenarios, particularly those unique to the e-sports and online entertainment sectors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all crisis-related communications, both internally and externally, including with regulatory bodies and the media.
• Establish crisis monitoring systems and conduct regular training and simulations to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for potential crises.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance departments to ensure all crisis management strategies adhere to regulatory requirements, particularly in the gambling and online entertainment sectors.
• Develop post-crisis analysis reports and lead debriefing sessions to identify lessons learned and implement improvements to crisis management plans.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in crisis management or risk mitigation roles, preferably within gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or other high-paced and regulated industries.
• Proven track record in managing complex crises, including regulatory issues, public relations challenges, and operational disruptions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in Crisis Management or Risk Mitigation (e.g., Certified Crisis Management Professional - CCMP) are a plus.
