Area of Responsibility:

Sell in budget achievement:

- Achieve company net sales budget: handling PO comes from customer in charge

- Sales Estimation making: weekly, monthly Sales Estimation by customer, by key items to get confirmation from assistant manager

- Distribution execution: Right distribution at right shop of retailer in charge

Sell out management:

- set up sell out target by customer by key items, and support subordinates to achieve weekly, monthly sell out target.

- Sales Promotion execution by following the CBP/contract with customer

Merchandizing operation enhancement:

- Continuous POG enhancement(including assortments, facing) by negotiating counterparts in the customer

- promotion execution follow up(normal shelf, 2nd display)

- Stock control to avoid OOS as well as aging stocks

- Work with PG/SA to maintain cleanliness of our products at shopfront

Report and Information Exchange:

- Report to assistant mgr. all of activities at supermarket and of Promoters operation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report of both sell out and sell in / report result of each promotion campaign.

- Collect and exchange market information, competitors' activities, spm activities and events with Promoters and report to supervisor.

Maintain and build-up good co-working relationship with customer functions ( Buyer, Cat. Manager, Accounting…)

Other assignments from the direct supervisor:

  * Replace Assistant Manager in some specific assignment in his/her absence

  * Replaced by Assistant Manager in specific assignments during the job holder's absence

Minimum requirements:

 - Education: Preferred University graduated degree, English (Toeic >350), Computer skills

 - Job-related experience: At least 1 years experience working in Sales Operation at FMCG company

 - Specific knowledge: FMCG market understanding, including top retailers in Vietnam as well as global retailers, Analytical skills, Problem solving skill, Negotiation skill, Product merchandizing skill

 - Business understanding: Good understand retailers business in Vietnam, good net work to collect information, good knowledge of shoppers, consumers insight

 - Other requirements: High passion and ownership, honest mindset
