Mô tả công việc

Job Description

  • Establishing and managing the relationship with the customer
  • Negotiating the business contract with the customer
  • Proposing business strategy and yearly/quarterly planning for channel.
  • Managing sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure stock availability and target is achieved.
  • Allocating the annual, and monthly sales target.
  • Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and reporting to all concerned.
  • Recommend hiring, interviewing, and training new employees. Train and track the entire performance of all employees
  • Manage and arrange tasks for staff
  • Implementation of the sale process as assigned.
  • Update competitor, market, and company information to come up with the best business strategy for the team
  • Manage the team, and monitor sales targets and other targets assigned by the Company on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis to achieve the highest results.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager


  • At least 05 years of experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with various types of people to build a relationship.
  • Be dynamic, proactive, motivated, and a team player.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Experienced in Field Sales and well understanding of the market
  • Willing to travel, good negotiation and communication skills
  • Open-minded, result-oriented, detailed with execution
  • Strong Business planning and implementation
  • Passion for growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment
