The Deputy Sales Manager – Non-Food Categories (Pet Food, HBA) is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and overall performance of the assigned non-food product categories. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage the sales team, develop key accounts, and collaborate with marketing and trade teams to ensure the success of Thai-branded products in the Vietnam market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Pet Food and HBA, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks.
  • Manage key accounts across MT, GT, pet shops, pharmacies, beauty stores, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop).
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
  • Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and action plans for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and in-store activations.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Work closely with marketing, trade planning, and logistics teams.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, Thai language a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in Pet Food, HBA, or related categories.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and key account development in Vietnam.
  • Strong understanding of MT, GT, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
